Big Chief Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We produce most pieces in small, limited runs. Once a run sells out it may or may not return. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We make every effort to represent our products accurately. Colors and product appearance may differ from what you see on screen depending on your device and settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be identical to how it is depicted in our store. Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it; because orders ship quickly, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order is placed. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address and/or phone number provided with the order.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns and Exchanges Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping or handling.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the payment information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use that payment method, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your card issuer or payment provider, and (iv) you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within the United States only. Details are in our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, designs, video and audio, and the selection and arrangement of them, are owned by Big Chief Shop, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.

Big Chief Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Big Chief Shop. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Big Chief Shop, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Big Chief Shop.

You and Big Chief Shop consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
