We keep this simple. If it doesn't work for you, send it back.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Pieces need to be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition they arrived in, with tags attached. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and the cost of shipping the item back is on you unless we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start an exchange within the same 14 days. If the size you want is still in stock, we'll hold it for you while your original makes its way back, and we cover the shipping on the replacement. If the size is gone, we'll refund you instead. Small runs mean we can't always guarantee a swap, so the sooner you reach out the better.

Final sale

Pieces marked final sale on the product page can't be returned or exchanged.

How to start

Email hello@bigchiefextracts.com with your order number and the piece you're sending back. We'll reply with the return address and next steps, usually within one business day.
