Shipping

Every order ships from Los Angeles within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend go out Monday.

We ship inside the United States only. Once your order is on its way you'll get a tracking number by email. Most orders land within 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

If something looks off with your tracking, or your package hasn't moved in a few days, email hello@bigchiefextracts.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
